Pixar's new film "Ratatouille," hits theaters on June 29th, but you can catch a sneak preview always two weeks earlier. The film will appear in about 800 theaters around the US on Saturday, June 16th, starting at 7pm.
Looking at what's being released this weekend, I'm going to have to say that "Ratatouille" should have no competition, as far as quality is concerned. Having seen "Ratatouille," "Fantastic Four 2" and "DOA: Dead or Alive," I can tell you that "Ratatouille" is the only one with a story to tell. It is a charming movie that makes sense and makes you cheer for Remy. The other two films will just leave you wondering why you went to the movies to see them, and not on DVD.
"Ratatouille" is about a young rat living within the walls of a famous Paris bistro wishing to become a chef, but is hindered by his family's skepticism and the rat-despising staff and patrons.
