Hilary Duff came in the list of Forbes 100 Most Powerful Celebrities at #72. She beat other influential names like Kate Moss, Ryan Seacrest, Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Alba, Daniel Radcliffe and also Reese Witherspoon. Other stars her age namely Paris Hilton, Avril Lavigne, Lindsay Lohan and the Olsen Twins did not make the list.
