Eddie Murphy has been confirmed as the father of Mel B's daughter. The Hollywood actor has consistently denied paternity of three-month-old Angel Iris but DNA test results have now proven otherwise. Former Spice Girl Mel - who was dumped by Eddie while she was pregnant after a whirlwind romance - is relieved the whole saga in finally over.

A source close to the singer said: "The DNA is back and the baby is definitely Murphy's.

    If he could lie about not fathering "his" child.
    Makes you wonder about what really happen the night he picked up the transsexual prostitute.

    I wasn't that big of a fan of his from the start, but a man who would lie about his child is an ass to say the least.

    I dont care about what happen between him and Mel... but that poor little girl is innocent in this.
    How does he think she will feel when she grows up knowing her "daddy" didnt really want anything to do with her?
