According to katherine ' her new comedy Knocked up should come with a warning : " first-time Pregnant woman shouldn't see this. wait till you pop that kid out!" she says the actress, 28 who threw her back out shooting the delivery. " I was completly afraid , and we were faking it! That birth scene is as close to the real thing as i ever hope to be!!!"

    haha i've seen actual deliveries in child development classes. it doesn't bother me. i still have to see this movie! going with my older sis that has a one & a half year old daughter. lol

    That scene that show's the womens vagina with the baby's head showing is too real, it kinda freaked me out and i'm not close to having kids!!!
