This is a poorly-written precis article.
First of all, Tim Blake Nelson is the 'Nelson' referred to within the 1-sentence article.
He's a screenwriter and actor.

belazoll's article makes no mention as to what impact 'Nelson' would have on the film, simply that he's slotted in the filmworks for the newest 'Hulk' movie, starring Edward Norton.

Someone really should hand this type of reporting to valid, intelligent reporters.
A 1-sentence description won't cut it.
