Just days ago, Universal said that it will move ahead on the fourth installment of "The Fast and the Furious," in order to avoid the upcoming strikes. Now, without either a script or a director, Edmunds.com revealed that casting has begun.
According to the automotive site, the next film will reunite many characters and actors from the first three including Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Tyrese Gibson and Lucas Black.
Since there is no script, we cannot be sure what the plot will be about. But Edmunds wrote: "Obviously the story will once again center around automotive mayhem of the most intense sort, but the rumor is that this time most of the action will be set in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil."
As always, the kind of cars used are a big deal in these films, and you can look forward to seeing a 1970 Dodge Charge, the new Dodge Challenger, the Chevrolet Opala and maybe a 1987 Buick GNX for Vin Diesel's character.
