Here are two featurettes hosted by director Rob Cohen from the set of the upcoming third installment in "The Mummy" franchise. The first featurette takes place on the Montreal set and shows Cohen attempting to shoot a scene from the movie. Apparently, he is not used to working with some of his new tools, but is trying to make the best of it. In the second one, we are shown several stunts performed by men portraying Yang's soldiers. There is lots of wire work and lots of serious drops and falls.
The story takes place in the Far East, where a trouble-seeking father-and-son duo Rick (Brendan Fraser) and Alex O'Connell (Luke Ford) unearth the mummy of the first Emperor of Qin (Jet Li) -- a shape-shifting entity who was cursed by a wizard (Michelle Yeoh) centuries ago.
Cohen's credits include action films like "Daylight," "The Fast and the Furious" and "XxX." Unfortunately, he is also the man behind "Stealth." "The Mummy 3" is scheduled to hit theaters on August 1st, 2008.
