JLA - Tom Welling OFFICIAL... We’ve all but known it was confirmed, and there will be some out there surprised to hear that official confirmation is only occurring now.
The studio are hoping to make the Justice League movie the 2009 superhero tent pole, and finish production prior to the strike.
It is confirmed that Tom Welling is completely out of the running for Superman.

Full story is not yet known but will update as soon as I can :D

I'm not surprised. Hollywood is beyond full of idiots these days doing casting for things like this! But you know what, Tom is better off. He's got the legacy of a 7+ year show that only it's true fans could truly appreciate. There are only 2 true Supermen to me...Christopher and Tom. No replacements, ever.

HE HAS LOGGED MORE HOURS AS SUPERMAN THEN ANYONE KNOWN!!! HE IS SUPERMAN, IN MY OPINION THE LAST GUY IN THE SUPERMAN RETURNS MOVIE SUCKED, AND ALL THE OTHERS EXCEPT( CHRISTOPHER REEVE) SUCK, AND SINCE HE IS DEAD, THERE IS ONLY ONE SUPERMAN!!!

the green latern would be a terrible character to bring to a live motion picture all his powers will be horrible CGI so i think it's better hes left out
