It was just reported that director McG (We Are Marshall) is in talks to helm the upcoming "Terminator 4," and now AICN thinks they know who will star in the lead role.

The site writes: "I'm hearing that Vin Diesel is taking meetings with the Terminator people and the assumption is it's about him being a Terminator."

A role like this could bring Diesel back into the spotlight, especially since he is also returning for the fourth "Fast and the Furious" film. I believe he could be a decent Terminator, but my worry is still with McG, who has brought us such films as "Charlie's Angels" and "Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle."

    Hmmm...recently saw an interview of McG...maybe he'll turn out to be a good thing for the Terminator franchise...its not like he's totally lost it...like Michael Bay has.

    They don't need to make fourth Terminator movie! And Vin Diesel is a shitty actor. What do they even need Vin Diesel for? Just use Arnie or something if it's being made at all!

    If that movie is made, I'm not gonna go see it, especially if Vin Diesel is in it.

    I personally want them to make another one. I thought the 3rd one was gonna be about the war, but it wasn't. I mean how many time have they shown flash backs of that destroyed world, and not gone into full detail of it. Emmy is right, he could never replace Arnold, but I think he should be a good one. I have actually thought of him for it, before I even knew that he was being considered. Just as long as Arnold is still the good guy, and Vin is the bad guy, it should be a great film.
