"Disturbia" Sequel in the Works

Shia LaBeouf has become a big star by taking roles in such movies as "Disturbia," "Transformers" and "Indiana Jones 4." Since "Indy 4" is already a sequel and a second installment of "Transformers" is currently in the works, it is only right that "Disturbia 2" gets made.
While I don't fully agree with that notion, Bloody-Disgusting reports that a sequel to the Hitchcockian film is already being worked on. Although, no word on who will write, direct or star. I'm guessing the only way LaBeouf would reprise his role, is if Steven Spielberg himself asked him to, since the young actor has already lined up much more exciting projects.
In the original movie, LaBeouf plays a teen living under house arrest, who becomes convinced his neighbor is a serial killer. The film went on to earn $115 million in worldwide ticket sales, on a $20 million budget.
