Here is a brand new clip from the upcoming "Saw IV" film. It features a man desperately trying to get a pregnant woman to open a door for him. Once he gets in and grabs whatever he needed, he exits with the door hitting the woman in the stomach, hurting or killing her baby. Jigsaw witnesses the entire thing, and that must be why the same man (Cecil) is in a knife trap that we have already seen.

In the movie, two seasoned FBI profilers, Agent Strahm and Agent Perez, arrive to assist veteran Detective Hoffman in sifting through Jigsaw's latest grizzly remains and piecing together the puzzle. However, when SWAT Commander Rigg is abducted and thrust into a game, the last officer untouched by Jigsaw has but ninety minutes to overcome a series of demented traps and save an old friend or face the deadly consequences.

As with previous installments, "Saw IV" will hit theaters around Halloween (October 26th).
