Today we have an unrated trailer for the upcoming comedy "Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story," starring John C Reilly. It shows the young Dewey cutting his brother in half, an event that haunts him for the rest of his life. This unrated version also gives us a few never before seen scenes, including the one where Dewey discovers the joy of reefer.
In the film Reilly plays a fictional music legend Dewey Cox, an amalgamation of Johnny Cash, Roy Orbison and Waylon Jennings, who must overcomes adversity to become a musical legend. Reilly will sing the tunes in his own voice.
"Walk Hard" is written and produced by Judd Apatow, the man behind "40 Year Old Virgin," "Knocked Up" and "Superbad." It is scheduled to hit theaters on December 21st.
