Today, we have the full length trailer for the upcoming Will Ferrell comedy "Semi-Pro." The story revolves around Jackie Moon (Ferrell), the owner/coach/player of the American Basketball Association's Flint Michigan Tropics, who rallies his teammates to make their NBA dreams come true.
In the trailer, we are introduced to Moon, who is all about flash and entertaining the crowds. When he hears news that the ABA and the NBA will be merging, he must do what he can to begin winning games, in order to become one of the four teams to join the league.
Kent Alterman is making his transition from producer to director with "Semi-Pro." Alterman might not have much experience, but writer Scot Armstrong does; he has delivered screenplays for such comedies as "Road Trip" and "Old School." "Semi-Pro" is scheduled to hit theaters on February 29th.
