Boll movie "In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale" has become available. This trailer actually looks decent, unlike the stuff that we have seen before. The only part of it that just seems off, is Jason Statham's speech. Judge for yourself.

The story follows a simple farmer named Farmer (Statham) as he becomes a heroic prince amidst the battles between King Konreid (Burt Reynolds) and the evil Gallian (Ray Liotta). Farmer sets out to find his kidnapped wife, Solana (Claire Forlani), and to avenge the death of his son.

Freestyle Releasing is distributing and have scheduled the film for a January 11th, 2008 release date.

    It seems miscast... I like many of the actors but they're put in characters/roles which definitely don't see like they go with the actor. Sigh...

    Looks a bit familiar, like Lord Of the Rings or something.. the war, battles and powers etc. I'll definitely see it sometime though, Jason Statham and Ray Liotta are great.
