Today, the trailer for the upcoming Jet Li/Jackie Chan movie "The Forbidden Kingdom" has been released. Unlike the teaser that appeared online earlier, this new one actually dialogue, but a lot less fighting scenes.
"The Forbidden Kingdom" is a loose adaptation of classic Chinese tale "The Monkey King," which sees an American teenager transported back to ancient China, where he learns about honor, loyalty and friendship, and the true meaning of Kung Fu.
Several sources have quoted both Li and Chan stating that their new film "isn't actually that great," which would worry any fan of the two actors. At this point the $70 million movie is scheduled to hit theaters on April 18th, 2008.
