The trailer for "Dark Matter," starring Meryl Streep has been released. The movie is based on a true story and follows the life of Liu Xing (Ye Liu), a Chinese university student in America, who reacts violently when his chances for a Nobel Prize are dashed by school politics.
The film appeared at the Sundance Film Festival in 2007, but was delayed to hit theaters because its plot closely resembles the events of the Virginia Tech massacre. In addition to Streep, the film also stars Aidan Quinn and at one point had Val Kilmer attached, but ended up dropping out due to scheduling conflicts.
Even though, "Dark Matter" has been picked up for distribution, it is not clear when we will end up seeing it.
