Doctor Who Update

The British series will return next year for the 4th series in which Catherine Tate reprises her role as Donna Noble. She tracks the Doctor down after alien threats in London. Freema Ageyman will also return half way through the series as Martha Jones again. And, Billie Piper returns as Rose Tyler for 3 episodes.
There are also reports that there will be an episode with the Doctor. The storyline is, he's lost in space and its up to his 3 female assistants to save the day. Writer Russel T Davies said it was a brilliant idea to have the 3 females all wanting to save him and be the best.
In 2009, Doctor Who will return for 3 special episodes, all starring David Tennant.
There are rumours that he will not return after this (Catherine Tate also said it in an intervirew), but David Tennant denied all such rumours at the Gala for The Voyage of the Damned.
