Three "Semi-Pro" Character Poster

New Line Cinema has released three character posters for the upcoming basketball comedy "Semi-Pro." They feature Will Ferrell as Jackie Moon, Woody Harrelson as Ed Monix and Andre Benjamin as Clarence "Coffee" Black. The posters are designed to look like 70s basketball cards, which show off the players' moves and short shorts.

The story revolves around Jackie Moon (Ferrell), the owner/coach/player of the American Basketball Association's Flint Michigan Tropics, who rallies his teammates to make their NBA dreams come true.

Kent Alterman is making his transition from producer to director with "Semi-Pro." Alterman might not have much experience, but writer Scot Armstrong does; he has delivered screenplays for such comedies as "Road Trip" and "Old School." "Semi-Pro" is scheduled to hit theaters on February 29th.
