In addition to posting a shot from the film, USA Today got the chance to speak to producer David Zucker about the upcoming spoof comedy "Superhero Movie."

The story revolves around Rick Riker (Drake Bell), who gets his powers when he is bitten by a genetically engineered dragonfly. "It's predominantly Spider-Man, but we satirize Batman Begins, X-Men, Fantastic Four, Superman, everything," Zucker says. "It's a spoof of the whole superhero genre, like we did with the Scary Movies, but this one probably has more of a unified plot, like the Naked Guns had."

Christopher McDonald co-stars as the villainous Hourglass. "He's dying of some rare disease, and he invents a machine where he can continue to live, as long as he kills a lot of people," Zucker says. "The only one who can stop him is Dragonfly."

One "Spider-Man" actor will surprisingly spoof himself, as Michael Papajohn will actually return to kill Uncle Ben again, only this time played by Leslie Nielsen. Papajohn was the thug who Peter Parker failed to stop during a robbery in "Spider-Man," later finding out that the same thug was responsible for his uncle's death.
