There has been lots of activity with the upcoming "The Night Watchman" movie, starring Keanu Reeves and Forest Whitaker. First, the name was changed to "Street Kings," then we received a few stills and now we have the official trailer, featuring an astounding amount of violence.
In the film, Reeves is a veteran LAPD cop who finds life difficult to navigate after the death of his wife. When evidence implicates him in the execution of a fellow officer, he is forced to go up against the cop culture he's been a part of his entire career, ultimately leading him to question the loyalties of everyone around him.
"Street Kings" is directed by David Ayer, the man behind screenplays for "The Fast and the Furious," "Training Day" and "SWAT." It is scheduled to hit theaters on April 11th.
