A Possible Titanic Sequel?!?

In this video on youtube, a trailer is featured of the summer movie "Titanic 2: The Surface." For people like me who fell in love with the original movie, check this out:

People in a submarine searching for artifacts, specifically the diamond necklace that Rose (Kate Winslet/Gloria Stuart) dropped to conclude the original, find Jack Dawson (hottie Leo DiCaprio) in the flesh, frozen in a block of ice since 1912 when the ship sank. Now Jack is thawed out and attempting to survive in the present day, a whole new world which knows the Tiatanic incident, that (we thought) killed Jack, as an epic legend.

But there's a twist on this new movie: when Jack searches for his true love, Rose, he discovers the upsetting truth that ended the first romantic movie; Rose is dead. How will Jack spend the rest of his life without his true love?

Continuing from my last post, it seems that there are some people who take their job too seriously. I have heard from several sources that scriptwriters are drafting a sequel to James Cameron's epic. Their aim is to try to release it by 2012 to tie in with the 100 year anniversary of the sinking of the mighty ship. Believe it or not, it looks as if it may actually happen. Watch this space!

Okay, I saw this poster and the video like a year ago and they are NOT making a movie out of it. They took a whole bunch of Leo's movies and diff actors from their movies and put it into this video. I mean, seriously. Why would they even think of making a sequel? Titanic is a true tragedy and it just doesn't work. They just made it up so people can have a laugh at it and it actually is quite funny. THIS IS A FAKE! Whoever believes this has got to be effing stupid.

sounds a bit silly, i love Titanic, but Jack died that was one of the things that made the Titanic so good -people get bored with 'happy endings' and he told Rose to move on so really he should be able to take his own advice...

I honestly don't get how they'd do this because of the last scene of the first movie, Rose got to Heaven and was with Jack again, but o well, we'll c. Can't wait, I wanna see this when it comes out - you ROCK my fuzzy blue slipper sox, LEO!!!
