We have already seen an official poster for "The Forbidden Kingdom," in addition to several character posters, but for some reason, the two stars - Jackie Chan and Jet Li - have yet to be used properly in the marketing of the film. Whatever the reason Lionsgate has previously avoided to focus on this collaboration, they are now back on track by releasing a brand new poster featuring the two martial arts experts.

"The Forbidden Kingdom" is a loose adaptation of classic Chinese tale "The Monkey King," which sees an American teenager transported back to ancient China, where he learns about honor, loyalty and friendship, and the true meaning of Kung Fu.

Several sources have quoted both Li and Chan stating that their new film "isn't actually that great," which would worry any fan of the two actors. At this point the $70 million movie is scheduled to hit theaters on April 18th.
