Grevin ties up with Cox and Kings

The Bollywood mystique just got bigger. Grevin, the famous wax museum in Paris ties up with Cox and Kings today to promote Grevin in Indian market and it would have another addition in the form of Hindi film superstar Shah Rukh Khan, whose wax statue is expected to be unveiled at Paris next month. Indians now have one more reason to travel to Paris.

Elaborating on this tie-up, Frederic Gougidis, director, marketing stated, "Cox and Kings is our exclusive partner in the Indian market and we remain committed to them as they were the first Indian tour operator that evinced interest in the promotion of Grevin."

Paul Roll, Managing Director, Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau, was of the opinion that, "Paris is a favourite city for the Indian clientele and such partnerships help in enhancing its profile in the Indian market."

France as a destination has captured the imagination of the Indian outbound market and last uear the total Indian arrivals stood at 300,00 and it is second to China as a source market form Asia..

Karim Mekachera, Director, India, Maison de la France, sums up the importance of such partnerships and said, "Cox and Kings has introduced new destinations in France, the first being Chamonix in 2006. We believe such partnerships would help generate interest and translate into increased visitor arrivals".
