Pop star Justin Timberlake has joined hands with production company Reveille to produce a hit Peruvian comedy My Problem with Women.

While confirming the collaboration, NBC said on Friday that Timberlake would serve as an executive producer on the project.

The project is based on Peru’s Mi Problema con las Mujeres, a show that launched in July and has since been sold in 20 countries.

“I am very excited to be collaborating with Reveille to bring this hugely successful format to NBC,” E!online quoted Timberlake as saying in a statement.

The web site report also says that Timberlake will be inducting Madonna, with whom he recently collaborated on her upcoming album Hard Candy, into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Monday.

Timberlake stars is currently filming the drama The Open Road, opposite Jeff Bridges and Kate Mara.
