If European reports are true, Rihanna's backstage demands are like something out of an elementary school girl's popularity handbook. As part of a contract for the 20-year-old's world tour, the Barbadian beauty reportedly demands that each venue supply her with two packs of pink bubblegum, two apples, two mangos, two pears, seedless grapes and strawberries. She also asks for two knives (to cut the fruit), a teapot and 24 warm Buffalo wings, fried chicken and spiced white rice.
The rider for her Good Girl Gone Bad tour, which was obtained by an Estonian Web site in advance of her March 13 performance in the country, doesn't make allowances for nations that might find, say, Buffalo wings hard to come by.
Meanwhile, in an odd turn, her tour has reportedly banned all umbrellas and have asked auditorium security to confiscate the very device that helped the "Umbrella" songstress find international stardom. The crackdown comes after a number of umbrella-related accidents in the audience, according to London's Daily Star.
