Ryan Phillippe and director Kimberly Peirce suit up for the premiere of their new movie Stop Loss held at the Los Angeles DGA Theatre Complex on Monday.

“My kids are great,” Ryan recently told reporters. “[I’m] writing right now … I finished [Franklyn], a really cool film in London, at the beginning of the winter. And yeah, man, no complaints.”

He also mentioned the difficulties of balancing work with his personal life.

“You feel like a bad father,” the 33-year-old admitted. “Last night, I got home exhausted … At the end of a press junket, literally you don’t want to talk anymore. And I felt like a mute father.”
