First Look: "Planet 51" Featurette

Thanks to MarketSaw, we now have the first look at the upcoming "Planet 51" film, which will be presented in stereoscopic 3-D animation.

In the movie, the inhabitants of Planet 51 live in fear of alien invasion. Their paranoia is realized when an astronaut arrives from Earth. Befriended by a young resident, he has to avoid capture in order to recover his spaceship and try to return home.

"Planet 51" is voiced by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Jessica Biel, Justin Long and Seann William Scott. It is scheduled to hit theaters next summer (July 24th, 2009).
