First "Dark Knight" TV Spot

First "Dark Knight" TV Spot Warner Bros began promoting "The Dark Knight" and the first TV spot for the film already appeared during the season finale of "Survivor: Fans vs Favorites" on Sunday night. Its not the best quality, but you can watch it by clicking on the link below.

In the film, with the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart), Batman (Christian Bale) sets out to dismantle the remaining criminal organizations that plague the city streets. The partnership proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a reign of chaos unleashed by a rising criminal mastermind known to the terrified citizens of Gotham as The Joker (Heath Ledger).

Christopher Nolan returns to helm the film, which is scheduled to hit conventional and IMAX theaters on July 18th.

I believe this film has in it one of Ledger's best performances for what I have watched so far. I can't wait to see it; great actor that I'm sure will be amazing in this one. The very best Joker ever I can bet.

I cannot wait to see this!!!!!! Ledger looks amazing!! I've seen all the different types of previews and OH my god.. THAT is the Joker. It's been a long long time since I've been able to say that I've found another GREAT VILLAIN!! Tons of bad guys sure (yawn) but villains have a tinge of knowing in them, knowing that they are going against the tide. A tiny longing to be settled with being a good person.. and yet something DRIVES them on, only a villain can cause a hero to cry at (his//her) death or cause the audience to say "WOW who is that? why does he/she do those things? It is never the bad guy... only the villain.... YES!! We've got a new one finally!!! Thank you Heath!! We miss you!!!
