It’s that time of the year again when musical artists and their producers are mounting special shows to lure the lovers, when hotels and restaurants in the metropolis are finalizing their love menu, when the price of flowers at Dangwa shoots up to the highest heavens and motel staff go on overtime just to accommodate the long lines of lovers waiting to exhale.
Love is indeed in the cold February air. Never mind the unpredictable climate change that has caused major problems for the millions of stranded train passengers in Guangzhou to the tornado-swept homes in Arkansas and Tennessee, Valentine’s Day continues to be a big deal in most parts of the world....
