Tom Hanks' "Angels and Demons" Set Photo...

Thanks to La Republica, we now have nine photos from the set of the upcoming "Da Vinci Code" follow-up, entitled "Angels and Demons." The pictures feature shots of Tom Hanks, Ayelet Zurer, Pierfrancesco Favino and director Ron Howard.

The new movie centers on religious art scholar Robert Langdon (Hanks), who once again finds himself entangled with powerful forces with ancient roots: the Illuminati -- the most powerful underground organization in history -- and the Catholic Church.

"Angels and Demons" is directed by Howard, the man behind such films as "Cinderella Man," "A Beautiful Mind," "Apollo 13" and "Far and Away." The film is scheduled to hit theaters on May 15th, 2009.
