Past DreamWorks Animation successes from the "Shrek" series connected to kids and adults alike, but for different reasons. While the kids enjoyed the fart jokes and slapstick humor, adults were entertained by the more mature innuendos and pop-culture references. "Kung Fu Panda" does away with the pandering of the "Shrek" movies and brings a heart-warming, clever, yet inoffensive film that adults and kids can enjoy.
