Johnny Depp’s spokesperson has denied rumours that the actor is planning to marry his longterm partner Vanessa Paradis this weekend.

Rumours of nuptials began to swirl this week after a combination of police activity, local gossip and the arrival of catering & event trucks suggested that Johnny and Vanessa were planning to marry at Sandra Bullock’s home near Savannah, Georgia.

A local source revealed: “Some store employees have signed confidentiality agreements and there are catering trucks and tent rental truck parked up, while I’m told police will be working as security at the mystery event.

“If it is not Depp, it’s someone big.”

Johnny’s spokesperson said yesterday: “There is no truth to these rumours.”

Johnny & Vanessa have been together for ten years and have two children together: nine year old daughter Lily-Rose and six year old son, Jack. The private pair have previously said they have no particular need to get married.

    Wow, I'm really surprised finding this out..but hey Johnny and Vanessa have both said that they have felt like husband and wife for 10 years in mind and spirit so they don't need a piece of paper to prove anything if theyre happy the way they are

  • Well i am a little disappointed in Johnny Depp not getting married. I think that Vanessa is one hell of a lucky lady to have the man that every woman dreams of. And to have two beautiful children to him is just a bonus. Thank you Lisa for the news story you are the best. :P and i could of had something else to celebrate that day instead of my brother in law's annaversary hehe nah kidding. but yeah
