We have had an international trailer for the upcoming "Battle in Seattle" for a while, but today we were able to get our hands on a domestic one, which introduces us to the characters and the riots. The film's impressive cast is comprised of Woody Harrelson, Charlize Theron, Andre Benjamin, Michelle Rodriguez, Ray Liotta, Joshua Jackson and Channing Tatum.
In the movie, activists arrive in Seattle, Washington to protest a meeting of the World Trade Organization. Riots and chaos ensue as demonstrators successfully stop the WTO meetings.
"Battle in Seattle" is written and directed by Stuart Townsend, who is making his helming debut. You may know Townsend as an actor; he has appeared in such movies as "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen," "Queen of the Damned" and "Trapped."
