Shia Stays Out of Trouble, but the Cops Are Watchi...

Shia LaBeouf stayed incognito grabbing a cold beverage in LA earlier this week. There was a spring in Shia's step on the way back to his car, but at least he wasn't running from any real-life danger like last week's on-set fire. Shia has managed to stay out of silly trouble this month — so far — but considering the ways he has manged to get himself arrested in the past, we never know when the police he's walking past will find something wrong with what he's up to.
