"A Look Inside" featurette for the upcoming Jason Statham action flick "Death Race" has been released, featuring lots of explosive/violent scenes as the cast and crew delve deeper into the story.
In the movie, ex-con Jensen Ames (Statham) is forced by the warden of a notorious prison (Joan Allen) to compete in our post-industrial world's most popular sport: a car race in which inmates must brutalize and kill one another on the road to victory. Check out the trailer for more on this movie.
"Death Race" is written and directed by Paul WS Anderson, the man behind such films as "Mortal Kombat," "Resident Evil" and "AVP: Alien vs. Predator." "Race" is scheduled to hit theaters on August 22nd.
