Morgan Freeman May Have Fallen Asleep at The Wheel

Hollywood legend Morgan Freeman may have fallen asleep at the wheel last night, reportedly causing the accident that landed him in hospital.
The Academy Award winner was said to be traveling with an unnamed female passenger just north of the small town of Ruleville at around 11.30pm local time on Sunday, August 3 when he apparently lost control, flipping his car several times.
According to Memphis local media, the 'Dark Knight' star was on his way home to Charleston when the crash happened. Bill Luckett, Freeman's friend and co-owner of Freeman's restaurant Madidi, said the actor was sitting up and talking at the hospital.
A source tells the TMZ website that Morgan has broken several ribs and injured his knee. The female passenger had to be cut out of the car. The source says she's suffering from bumps and bruises, but is "all in all in good condition."
Alcohol is not believed to have been a factor in the accident.
