Michael Keaton Joins "Toy Story 3"

IESB has confirmed that Michael Keaton will lend his voice to the upcoming third installment in the "Toy Story" franchise. The site chatted with Jodi Benson, best know for the voice of Ariel in Disney's "Little Mermaid," who revealed that she will return for "Toy Story 3" to voice Barbie, while Keaton will voice Ken.

She went on to explain that Ken and Barbie will not kiss in the new film, but they will embrace.

Keaton joining the cast is not a big surprise, he has previously worked with Pixar on "Cars," in which he voiced Chick Hicks.

In "Toy Story 3," Woody the cowboy and his toy-box friends are dumped in a day-care center after their owner, Andy, leaves for college. The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on June 18th, 2010.

    I think Michael Keaton would be great in any role he takes, but I cannot see him as Joker he was the best Batman ever.

    Micheal Keaton always accepted all kind of acting roles even Batman and I also enjoyed his comedy movies. Talented actor never relinguish his professional career.

    Michael Keaton is a great voice actor so this should be good. I think, if they ever made another batman with a Joker, Michael should play the joker, Heath reminded me of the beetlejuice character. Plus Michael is just a great actor! He sould be in more things!
