Dakota Fanning's New Hounddog Poster

Dakota Fanning’s controversial, and long delayed movie Hounddog hits theaters this weekend, and to promote it they’ve released a new poster. The one sheet, which you can see in high-res by clicking on the smaller version below, pictures Dakota staring straight into the camera and doing her best impression of a rape victim. Which of course, she is, at least in the film.

Whether it was appropriate for a kid to act out a rape scene, is another thing entirely. But here she is, acting out the aftermath in a movie poster. Dakota Fanning looking raped. Gee, now that’s a poster that makes me want to buy a ticket. (Note: sarcasm indicated)
