The trailer for the upcoming comedy "The Boat That Rocked" has been released. The movie has an impressive cast comprised of Philip Seymour Hoffman, Bill Nighy, Rhys Ifans, Nick Frost and Kenneth Branagh.
"The Boat That Rocked" is an ensemble comedy in which the romance takes place between the young people of the '60s and pop music. It's about a band of rogue DJs that captivated Britain, playing the music that defined a generation and standing up to a government that, incomprehensibly, preferred jazz.
The film is written and directed by Richard Curtis, the man who last helmed "Love Actually," but has written scripts for such movies as "Four Weddings and a Funeral," "Notting Hill" and "Bridget Jones's Diary." His new film will probably not open in the US, but we're hopeful.
