Scott Ruffalo, brother of actor Mark Ruffalo, has passed away after being shot in the head in his Beverly Hills apartment last week.

Beverly Hills Police Sgt. Renato Moreno says the 39-year-old hairstylist died late Monday night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Shaha Mishaal Adham and Brian Scofield were wanted for questioning in the shooting and turned themselves in to authorities yesterday.
