Director Rob Zombie updated his MySpace page to revealed that Chris Hardwick, who starred in Zombie's "House of 1,000 Corpse" and hosted MTV's "Singled Out," will have a role in the upcoming "Halloween" sequel called "H2." Here is what Zombie had to say:
"Well, he didn't do so well against Dr. Satan, but maybe he'll have better luck with Michael Myers. My good buddy Chris Hardwick is returning to the fold as David Newman host a of a local radio talk show called The Daily Reader."
"H2" will pick up at the exact moment the first movie stopped and follow the aftermath of Michael Myers murderous rampage through the eyes of heroine Laurie Strode.
The new film is set to begin shooting in Georgia later this month and will appear in theaters on August 28th.
