The trailer for the upcoming John Cena action film "12 Rounds" has been released, looking very similar to such movies as "Die Hard" and "Speed." That said, it comes as no surprise that the film is produced by Mark Gordon (Speed) and directed by Renny Harlin (Die Hard 2).
"12 Rounds" revolves around detective Danny Baxter (Cena) who discovers that his girlfriend (Ashley Scott) has been kidnapped by an ex-con tied to his past and he'll have to successfully complete twelve challenges in order to secure her safe release.
The new movie is scheduled to hit theaters on March 27th.
