Jim Carrey and Ewan MacGregor play lovers in the romantic comedy I Love You, Phillip Morris. It's kind of an ungainly pair, but hey, the more gay love out there, the better. And it sounds a lot more fun that this crap.
Frustrated shrink Carrey plays a con man who meets and falls in love with Ewan in prison and sets about trying to find a way for them to escape.
And what was it like having stubble brush against stubble, releasing an electric passion that only the gods previously knew about?
"A dream come true. I mean, look at the guy," Carrey said during a question-and-answer period after the film's premiere at Sundance.
"It's the same as playing any other kind of man, any other kind of character," said McGregor.
