The Gossip Girl hunk is imploring fans to donate their old jeans to the homeless, in a national campaign to help homeless teenagers named Teens for Jeans. Chace Crawford filmed this PSA in a collaboration with Aéropostale and Do Something.



So, the details of the program are as follows: Gently used jeans can be dropped off at any Aéropostale store from January 26th and February 22nd. They'll then be carted off to a charity and/or homeless shelter and as a bonus, you'll get 25% your next jeans purchase.
