Conan O'Brien and Andy Richter are back together again. Richter, who was O'Brien's "Late Night" show sidekick from 1993-2000, has signed on to be the announcer on "The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien" when the new version of the 11:30pm NBC stalwart kicks off June 1st.
Richter quit the sidekick gig on "Late Night With Conan O'Brien" in May 2000 in order to focus on his career. He has since been involved in several comedy series, including a short-lived Fox comedy "Andy Richter Controls the Universe" and also-short-lived NBC show "Andy Barker, P.I."
Richter has also appeared in films including "Talladega Nights," "Blades of Glory" and "Semi-Pro."
