50 Cent Rejected "The Expendables" Offer

Sylvester Stallone previously had Forest Whitaker in the role of Hale Caesar in the upcoming action film "The Expendables." Due to a scheduling conflict, Whitaker was forced to drop out, but Stallone quickly announced that 50 Cent would be stepping in, causing a negative reaction among fans.
First Stallone tried to convince everyone that 50 Cent would do a great job, but then made another announcement that he has replaced him with Terry Crews (Idiocracy). Fans were happy to see that Stallone was listening to them and overall agreed with the casting of Crews.
Now, during a chat with MTV, a 50 Cent representative has revealed that Stallone's decision to eventually not go with the rapper had nothing to do with fans. 50 Cent rejected the offer.
"50 Cent was offered the role of Hale Caesar in 'The Expendables,' however as he is currently in the process of completing his forthcoming album 'Before I Self Destruct' with Dr. Dre and Eminem," said the representative. "He was unfortunately not able to commit to the project."
