A while back Joss Whedon ("Buffy The Vampire Slayer") put together a script for a live-action "Wonder Woman" film, but was quickly shown the door without much of an explanation. Then, IESB revealed that Joel Silver has recently brought on executive Andrew Roma to bring the Amazonian princess to the big screen. Warner Bros, meanwhile, started looking for new writers and have been taking pitches. Now, the site has learned that WB and Silver are in a hurry to find a director and are working together to attach elements to the film in order to get it up and going quickly.
