Nicole Kidman to Star in New Woody Allen Film

Nicole Kidman has been lined up to star in the new Woody Allen.

The Australian actress will join a cast including Naomi Watts, Antonio Banderas, Josh Brolin, Anthony Hopkins and Slumdog Millionaire star Freida Pinto in the as-of-yet untitled film.

Kidman - who currently has several projects in development, including the drama The Danish Girl opposite Charlize Theron - last starred in Australia alongside Hugh Jackman.

Woody Allen's latest film, Whatever Works, will be released June 19, starring Henry Cavill and Evan Rachel Wood
