Actor Laz Alonso has had a pretty good last couple of years by starring in "Miracle at St Anna," the box office hit "Fast and Furious" and the James Cameron-directed "Avatar." While speaking with Collider, he let slip a bit of news about "Avatar" that I haven't heard before. "To have the opportunity to be a part of this Trilogy is the biggest gift I could have," he said. While there is a chance that Alonso might have misspoke, "Avatar" is epic enough to be told throughout three films. The new movie tells the story of an ex-Marine, thrust unwillingly into an effort to settle and exploit an exotic planet rich in bio-diversity, who eventually crosses over to lead the indigenous race in a battle for survival.
