Nanny sues De Niro over overtime pay

Robert De Niro is reportedly being sued by a former nanny who claims that she is due $40,000 (£27,000).
In a lawsuit filed in Manhattan's state Supreme Court, Alexis Barry alleges that she was not paid for 750 hours of overtime and never took ten vacation days.
A spokesman for the Oscar-winning actor said that he could not comment as he has not seen the legal documents.
De Niro, 65, and his wife Grace Hightower hired Barry in August 2006, PA reports. The nanny claimed that she was fired ten months later after she told the couple that she planned to leave.
The Raging Bull star married Hightower in 1997 and the couple have an 11-year-old son named Elliot.
